Grand Cettia Hotel

I transferred my daughter and her family from a different hotel where their belongings were ransacked and stolen. When they reported it to reception and hotel management they were threatened with being evicted and flights home cancelled. 2 adults with 8 month old baby girl!! From the minute they arrived nothing was a problem, the cot was waiting and was immaculate, the bed/bedding and room was pristine. Staff were friendly and professional. Even at midnight when they requested new bedding as my granddaughter was poorly. This hotel and management team turned a dire holiday into a lovely first holiday for my family. Thank you 😊

The hotel was lovely and clean and the staff were excellent. The location was perfect for us not too far to walk to the beach.

hotel looks more then a night club we stayed there one night noisy night .Heard shoutings all night breakfast was good customer service was not good For check in we have been waiting 30 minutes
